  • Maintain exceptional standards of guest experience, presentation, and service.
  • Drive revenue, efficiency, and consistency across all departments.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and wellness teams to create a seamless, holistic guest journey.
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff to uphold excellence in every detail.

  • Maintain operational harmony between all service departments.
  • Achieve financial and operational performance goals.
  • Build and retain a motivated, high-performing team.
  • Ensure impeccable adherence to brand, safety, and quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of warmth, precision, and pride in service.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ management experience in a luxury or boutique hotel.
  • Deep understanding of fine hospitality and guest care.
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • A calm, polished, and professional presence.

This is an opportunity to lead one of the Cape’s most beautiful wine estate properties — where design, detail, and human connection come together to define true luxury.

  • Maintain seamless operational flow and proactive guest engagement.
  • Resolve guest and staff challenges swiftly and diplomatically.
  • Ensure presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met at all times.
  • Strengthen interdepartmental communication and morale.
  • Represent management with professionalism and authority in every situation.
  • Contribute to the estate’s culture of calm precision and gracious hospitality.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a supervisory or duty management role.
  • Confident leadership and an intuitive sense of guest care.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Professional presence and ability to lead under pressure.

This is a chance to play a central role in one of the valley’s most sought-after destinations — a place where excellence is delivered quietly, but felt deeply.
