Your day-to-day

Shaking, stirring and serving cocktails with creativity and consistency
Bringing fun, confidence and warmth to every guest interaction
Keeping your bar as polished and inviting as your drinks
Balancing stock and supplies to keep the service running smooth
Working side by side with your F&B colleagues to create seamless, memorable experiences

What we’re looking for

Matric (Grade 12)
At least 2 years’ experience behind the bar in a hotel, upmarket restaurant or cocktail lounge
South African ID or valid work permit
Strong knowledge of spirits, wines and cocktails, with mixology skills an advantage
A lively personality, a genuine love for people, and a flair for creating moments that feel special
The ability to stay calm and keep the good energy flowing when the bar is buzzing
Flexibility with evenings, weekends and public holidays
Professional grooming and excellent communication skills
