The purpose of the Junior Assistant Chocolatier is to assist in the production of quality fresh line products according to the company's standards, assist in the presentation and selling of products to the public. Assist in the facilitation of classes to Chocolate enthusiasts and in offering them the company's experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the Production of Fresh line products for Studio resale
• Assist with the facilitation of classes when required
• Assist in the facilitation of the Company's Difference introductions to interested customers
• Assist with the setup of classes
• Assist with making sure all equipment and ingredients are available for class setup
• Record quantity of products used in the production of fresh produce
• Assisting customers in the boutique if and when required
• Assist with the cleaning of the Studio after classes take place
• Assisting with the recording of stock levels
• Assist with or complete when required the Cash up and banking of the boutique in the absence of Chocolate Advisor
