We are seeking a skilled and professional Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional skincare and body treatments in our hotel spa, while also promoting retail products to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct skin and body assessments to recommend appropriate treatments.
• Perform facials, massages, and other wellness treatments according to spa protocols.
• Educate guests on skincare and wellness products, driving retail sales.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the spa.
• Build and maintain strong guest relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
• Stay updated with latest spa techniques, trends, and products.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Relevant certification in skincare, massage therapy, or somatology.
• Minimum 3 years’ spa experience in a hotel or luxury spa environment.
• Strong retail and sales skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Professional, neat, and well-presented.
• Passionate about health, wellness, and guest satisfaction.
