We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage departments, ensuring an exceptional dining experience and operational efficiency across all outlets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring top-quality service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage staff performance, scheduling, and workflow to maintain smooth operations.
  • Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with chefs and management on menu planning, product sourcing, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer feedback, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
  • Provide training and leadership to foster a motivated and service-driven team.
  • Utilize and manage operations through the Micros system effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications:

 

  • Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
  • Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Proven experience with the Micros system (required).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and stock control.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, service standards, and guest relations.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
