Job Title: Project Manager (Construction)

Location: Namakwa District, Springbok, Aggeneys

Job Type: 14 month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Duties:

• Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
• Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are met.
• Communicate with stakeholders and team members to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on project sites.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• PMP certification

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of construction processes and techniques.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
