Our client is seeking a qualified financial administrator that will manage company financial accounts, budgeting and finances of the organisation, ensuring that the financial health of the company is maintained and optimized.
Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

Maintain accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll and daily financial entries and reconciliations.

Assist in the budget preparation and budget review process by collecting and analysing financial information.

Forecast costs and revenues and assist in managing budget control.

Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.

Process monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Manage the company's cash flow forecasting by tracking transactions adn regularly reviewing internal reports.

Manage invoices and tax payments.

Develop and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.
