The primary role of this position is to support the responsible and effective use of AI-enabled tools across the organisation by developing high-quality digital training, learning, and enablement content. This role translates AI capabilities, emerging tools, and evolving ways of working into practical, accessible learning experiences that drive adoption, build capabilities, and promote responsible use.

REQUIREMENTS 

A relevant tertiary qualification in Communication, Learning & Development, Information Systems, Digital Media, Data or a related field.

Three years of experience in digital content creation, learning enablement, or technology enabled communication.

Practical experience using AI-enabled tools for content creation, automation, or digital workflows.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Strong curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging AI tools.

Good judgement around appropriate use of AI-generated content.

Attention to detail and quality standards.

Translation of complex concepts into clear, engaging learning material.
