Salary and Benefits:
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the food retail business, ensuring strong performance, profitability, and excellent customer service.
- Support the development and execution of growth strategies as the business expands to multiple locations across Zimbabwe.
- Work closely with the finance team to monitor budgets, control costs, and review financial performance reports.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a small team to ensure operational consistency and staff engagement.
- Assist in marketing and brand development initiatives to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal operations and suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers.
- Maintain high operational standards, hygiene, and service consistency across all locations.
- Travel as needed to support new store rollouts, team training, and operational reviews.
