Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Lodge Manager to oversee the full operations of a luxury lodge. This live-in position requires a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to sustainable tourism. The role involves managing both people and processes to ensure a world-class guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of lodge operations, including guest experience, maintenance, kitchen, finance, and staff management

Lead and develop the senior lodge team and broader staff

Manage budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure projects

Ensure infrastructure, IT systems, security, healthcare, and environmental health are effectively maintained

Liaise with government bodies to ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements

Support conservation, sustainability, and community development initiatives
-
Conduct risk assessments and ensure lodge compliance

Manage the lodge’s digital presence and contribute to internal communications

Innovate and enhance guest experiences while staying aligned with the lodge’s heritage and brand standards

Foster strong relationships with guests, both new and returning

Oversee procurement efficiencies and operational checklists
