Our client is seeking a Maintenance Worker to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out necessary repairs and maintenance including, but not limited to Buildings, Plumbing, Carpentry.

• Installing equipment and appliances and complying with all company and OHS safety regulations.

• Keep a maintenance log and write reports and report any issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Responding to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion.

• Follow written and verbal instructions from the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborate with the maintenance team and other departments as needed.

• Reading and following equipment operating manuals and other written instructions.

• Using equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal English skills.

• Strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Worker or similar role.

• Understanding of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.).

• In possession of a valid driver’s license.
