Job Title: Salesforce Solution Analyst

Location:

Job Duties:

  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Detail and analyse integration points, impacted systems.
  • Detail solution design related information
  • Test integration services and present to relevant governance forums
  • Collaboratively works within squads during design and delivery

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience:

3+ years of experience

3-5 industry experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Must have skills (Mandatory skills)

  • Salesforce Certified: Admin and App Builder
  • Salesforce configuration and admin knowledge
  • Ability to contribute technical detail to sustainable technology solutions
  • Expertise in technical Solutions and Interfaces Analysis
  • Show proficiency with integration frameworks and tools such as Mulesoft
  • Knowledge working with APIs and API testing and documentation tools such as Postman and Swagger.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements including, data mappings, integration, functional and non-functional requirements

Working Conditions:

This role is based in an office setting in Johannesburg. The Salesforce Solution Analyst may be required to work additional hours to meet project deadlines or during system upgrades. Some travel may be necessary to attend meetings with stakeholders.
