Job Description:

Job Duties:

  • Assemble, install, and maintain machinery and equipment
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Required Qualifications:

  • Completed apprenticeship as a Millwright
  • Valid Millwright trade certificate

Education:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional technical training or certifications are advantageous

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Millwright in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience in machinery maintenance and repair

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications in related fields
  • Experience with PLC systems

Working Conditions:

  • Exposure to loud noise and machinery
  • Physical strength and stamina required
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
