Job Description:
Job Duties:
- Assemble, install, and maintain machinery and equipment
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
- Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Required Qualifications:
- Completed apprenticeship as a Millwright
- Valid Millwright trade certificate
Education:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Additional technical training or certifications are advantageous
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Millwright in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience in machinery maintenance and repair
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in related fields
- Experience with PLC systems
Working Conditions:
- Exposure to loud noise and machinery
- Physical strength and stamina required
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
