Job Duties:

• Implement and configure Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements
• Customise and develop Salesforce Experience Cloud components
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Experience Cloud applications
• Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce Experience Cloud

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Proven experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud development

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud development

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud configuration and customization
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Developer certification
• Experience with integration of Salesforce Experience Cloud with other systems

Working Conditions:

This role is based in Johannesburg and may require occasional travel for client meetings or team collaboration. The standard working hours are full-time, with the possibility of additional hours during project deadlines.
