Our client is looking for a Sales Assistant who will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within their luxury retail environment. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for fine craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and guidance as needed.

• Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and assist them in selecting the perfect pieces from our collection.

• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

• Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and conducting regular stock counts.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

• Stay informed about product knowledge, including materials, craftsmanship techniques, and the inspiration behind each piece.

• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, trends, and suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in a jewelry or fine art gallery setting.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with point-of-sale systems.

• Knowledge of the luxury market and an appreciation for fine craftsmanship.

• Fluency in additional languages is desirable but not required.
