Our client is looking for an experienced Planning Manager/Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in planning and coordination roles within the food production industry. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, production, and logistics, to align planning activities.
  • Monitor production progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and production targets.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Prepare and present reports on production performance, highlighting key metrics and areas of concern.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet the highest standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other external partners.
  • Lead and mentor the planning team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
