Education & Qualifications:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent.
- Additional certifications in administration or management would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Proficient in using laptops, with experience managing communications via email and telephone.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and take initiative in daily responsibilities.

Experience:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a comparable administrative or assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Valid driving licence with practical driving experience.
- Fluency in both English and Afrikaans, spoken and written.
