Main Purpose of the Position

To resource the organisation with appropriate skills and best talent by ensuring that an optimal talent attraction strategy is developed and implemented; build talent capacity (internal and external) to meet current and future capability requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Management: Develop and implement the Recruitment and Selection Strategy for the iZi Group. This includes advising hiring managers, implementing best practices and policy, developing and publishing internal and external adverts, compiling preliminary shortlists, coordinating interviews, and ensuring all vetting and screening checks are conducted.

  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Source and manage recruitment service providers. Hold regular engagements with line managers to determine recruitment needs, strengthen partnerships with service providers, and ensure all interactions enhance the group's reputation and brand.

  • Talent Management & Succession: Create and develop an active talent pipeline (internal and external) for critical positions to minimise time-to-hire. Utilise company systems to manage Talent Management and Succession Planning initiatives. Promote the iZi brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through all resourcing channels.

  • Reporting & Compliance: Compile and distribute weekly Vacancy Status Reports, Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Performance Reports, and Resourcing reports. Monitor labour legislation and implement required changes to maintain recruitment process compliance.

  • Risk Management: Develop effective risk management controls for the recruitment component and contribute to the development of the risk register for Human Resources.

 

Minimum Requirements

Qualification: Tertiary qualification or equivalent qualification in Human Resources

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years recruitment and talent management/succession planning experience, preferably in a services industry.

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance objectives.

  • Experience in managing recruitment processes (all levels) in a matrix organisation.

  • Working experience and knowledge in talent resourcing and talent management (including Systems).

  • Sound knowledge of Vetting and Screening processes.

  • Advanced proficiency in digital platforms and other HR systems.
