  • Contribute to improvement initiatives by sharing ideas that enhance processes and elevate client experiences
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and positive outcomes for clients
  • Participate in team projects that strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of the disability claims function

  • Working knowledge of the Long-Term Insurance Act and related industry standards

Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel and data systems
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving ability
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in doing things right
  • Fluent in English and at least one African language
  • A confident communicator clear, professional, and empathetic
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • Self-motivated, focused, and proactive in getting things done
  • Deep respect for confidentiality and client trust
  • Open-minded, curious, and willing to challenge the status quo when it leads to better results
  • Passionate about excellence, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact

Why Join Us

You’ll be part of an organisation that genuinely puts people first: our clients, our colleagues, and our communities. We believe that excellence and empathy go hand in hand, and that every interaction is an opportunity to make a difference.

Here, your work matters. Your ideas are heard. And your contribution helps shape a service that truly supports people in their time of need.
