What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, seamless service at every level.
• Lead and motivate a passionate front-of-house team to deliver world-class yet unpretentious hospitality.
• Uphold the highest standards of guest care, presentation, and professionalism.
• Work closely with the kitchen and beverage teams to deliver a thoughtful, locally inspired dining experience.
• Manage financial performance, including budgets, stock control, and operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and pride in the West Coast’s unique hospitality style.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3–5 years’ management experience in a luxury or fine-dining environment.
• A deep appreciation for West Coast hospitality — warm, genuine, and grounded in a sense of place.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team.
• Proven ability to manage high-end service operations while maintaining a relaxed, guest-focused atmosphere.
• Sound understanding of financial management, stock control, and service standards.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
