About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Data Access Protocol (DAP) Coordinator to support its Separation Programme. This role is pivotal in managing data access requests, maintaining compliance with governance standards, and ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders during divestments and demergers.

You will act as a central point of contact for DAP-related queries, ensuring that requests are accurately logged, tracked, and resolved within established protocols while maintaining structured SharePoint repositories for transparency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage incoming emails to designated DAP-related mailboxes
  • Triage, log, and escalate data access requests as per protocols
  • Maintain and update SharePoint repositories and document libraries
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate request handling
  • Track and report on mailbox activity and request progress
  • Provide administrative support on data access and separation-related tasks
  • Ensure all processes adhere to data governance and security standards

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience managing SharePoint sites and document libraries
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Understanding of data governance or access protocols (advantageous)
  • Prior exposure to corporate environments, separation, divestment, or demerger programmes

Qualifications

  • Diploma or certification in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
  • Microsoft certifications (MS Office Specialist, SharePoint) advantageous
  • 3 - 4 years' experience
