Our client is seeking an experienced Plant Manager (Expat) to lead and optimize operations at their meat processing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives and customer demands.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Manage plant budgets, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.
- Lead, train, and mentor plant staff to ensure a high-performance team environment.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Address any operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain smooth operations.
