Our client is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Group Finance Manager (CA(SA)) to lead their financial operations in the logistics and transportation industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of multiple business units within the group.
- Consolidate financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the group.
- Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
