Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Operations Manager to lead and manage operations in the Copperbelt region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of three branches, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, and maintaining high standards of security for our clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the security industry, strong managerial skills, and a proven track record of managing teams across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership:
- Oversee the operations of three branches in the Copperbelt region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch managers and their teams.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality security services.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for the regional operations.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures.

Qualifications:

- Relevant certifications in security management are a plus.
