Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Services team as a Customer Services Clerk. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle customer queries and complaints, and assist with general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

* Matric or Grade 12 / NQF 4 learning ability

* Added advantage: Customer Services Diploma

* Added advantage: Experience in a customer service call centre environment (1-2 years)

* Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

* Customer service experience

* SAP experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:

* Process orders received, including stock orders and service orders

* Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

* Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

* Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing

* Liaise with customers, prospects, and all Compass personnel
