Our client is looking for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team, who will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness to support the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding to ensure the organization has the right talent in place.

  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and development planning

  • Identify training and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

  • Lead change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring, process improvements, and culture transformation, to support business growth and evolution.

  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance HR effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, conducting audits and investigations as needed, and recommending corrective actions.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and action planning, to create a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines and budgets.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR technology tools for data management and analysis.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on driving organizational growth and transformation.

  • Proven track record of building effective relationships with stakeholders and driving HR initiatives that deliver business results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is highly desirable.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
