Our client is looking for a skilled and creative Sous Chef with a passion for culinary excellence. The ideal candidate should have expertise in pastry and baking, inventory control, staff training, and management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including menu planning and food preparation.
- Create innovative and delicious desserts and baked goods.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
- Handle customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet customer expectations.

- Expertise in culinary techniques, particularly in pastry and baking (Optional).
