We are looking for a Candidate Delivery and Engagement Manager to join our team.
Job Purpose:
- To lead and manage the process of identifying, attracting, and engaging candidates to fulfill specific business briefs and requirements.
- To provide strategic leadership and support to internal delivery functions and departments.
- To oversee the proactive tracking and continuous management of the candidate customer journey.
- To identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Engagement and Fulfillment:
- Supervise the team in mapping potential candidates within new and existing clients.
- Oversee interview processes, including telephone screening and CV advising.
- Ensure effective name gathering and candidate care calls for new acquisitions.
- Internal Delivery Function Support:
- Lead support for delivery and business development processes.
- Enforce compliance with pre-employment checks, company policy, and relevant legislation.
- Maintain high service standards for candidates and clients.
- Implement accurate database management and adherence to company systems and reporting.
- Candidate Journey Management:
- Manage existing candidate databases, track career progressions, and service active and passive candidates.
- Set and deliver against candidate service level agreements.
- Identify and engage passive candidates and Most Place-able Candidates (MPCs).
- Business Development and Opportunity Identification:
- Coordinate reference checking and proactive marketing of MPCs.
- Facilitate lead generation and decision-maker identification.
- Stay informed about industry trends and news.
Softer Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and advanced questioning skills.
- Ability to influence and engage with candidates at all levels.
- Market expert with the ability to articulate specialist knowledge.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, job boards, and other candidate portals.
