Our client is looking for a Workshop Administrator with proven experience in a workshop environment and strong data capturing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage administrative tasks within the workshop.
  • Accurately capture and maintain data related to workshop operations, including job orders, inventory, and maintenance records.
  • Process and track work orders, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with technicians and other staff to schedule and prioritize work.
  • Maintain and update workshop databases and management systems.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on workshop activities and performance.
  • Handle correspondence and communications related to workshop operations.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and tracking parts and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the workshop manager and other staff as needed.
