Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to oversee and manage their operations within Beira. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in business development, team management, and market expansion.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the country’s strategic business plan to achieve company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and adapt business strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the country’s operations against set goals.

Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with key stakeholders.
- Ensure continuous growth in market share and revenue.

Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and manage quality control processes to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.

Financial Oversight:
