Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to oversee and manage their operations within Beira. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in business development, team management, and market expansion.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and implement the country’s strategic business plan to achieve company objectives.
    • Analyze market trends and adapt business strategies accordingly.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of the country’s operations against set goals.
  2. Business Development:

    • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients and partners.
    • Lead negotiations and close deals with key stakeholders.
    • Ensure continuous growth in market share and revenue.
  3. Operational Management:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement and manage quality control processes to maintain high standards of service delivery.
    • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  4. Team Leadership:

    • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
  5. Financial Oversight:

    • Ensure financial targets are met and take corrective actions when necessary.
    • Report financial performance to senior management.
  6. Customer Relations:

    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.
