Job Title: SAP HCM ESS Consultant

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their SAP HCM Employee Self-Service (ESS) requirements
• Design and implement SAP HCM ESS solutions tailored to meet client needs
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP HCM ESS functionalities
• Work closely with internal teams to integrate SAP HCM ESS with other HR systems
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and security best practises
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for SAP HCM ESS implementations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience working as an SAP HCM ESS Consultant
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules and Employee Self-Service functionalities

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an SAP HCM ESS Consultant

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in SAP HCM modules and Employee Self-Service functionalities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications in SAP HCM modules
• Experience working in the public sector

Working Conditions:

• This is a contract position based in Johannesburg, South Africa
• Full-time hours are expected, with occasional overtime may be required
• Travel to client sites may be necessary
