Our client is looking for a dedicated Product Applications Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Product Support
• Support customers with new products and machinery acquisitions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with their purchase and overall experience.
• Liaise with customers along with senior team members.
• Machine Support
• Install and support machinery.
• Train customers' staff on machinery usage.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on machinery.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems, including on-site testing and evaluation of products as required by customers.
• Project Management
• Track customer production while on-site.
• Plan and draft installation and product reports.
• Sales Support
• Assist the senior team with new leads and research potential new markets.
• Keep customers engaged and updated on developments.
• Provide customer insights to senior team members on market trends and customer needs.
• Analyze and report on sales leads linked to customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, Agriculture, or a similar field.
• Experience in FMCG is advantageous.
• Knowledge in product development and application, and processing technology is advantageous.
