Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager (Chartered Accountant) - Expat to join their team in Dallas, USA. This role is within the fast-paced and ever-evolving fibre sales industry, offering a unique opportunity for a South African candidate to bring their expertise to an international market.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that support the company's goals within the fibre sales industry.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to guide business decisions.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate financial performance and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including investors, board members, and senior executives.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the telecommunications or fibre sales industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
• Relocation Willingness: Willingness to relocate to Dallas, USA.
