Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a 1000-hectare orchard specializing in citrus cultivation.

• Oversee and coordinate daily farming activities, ensuring efficient operations.

• Work closely with labor to ensure productivity and adherence to farm protocols.

• Utilize knowledge of large-scale agricultural operations to handle complex farming tasks.

• Ensure the orchard meets production goals and maintains high-quality standards.

• Implement and manage operational strategies to improve productivity and sustainability.

• Address and resolve any issues related to farm operations promptly and effectively.
