The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and extensive experience in fruit processing, particularly in a citrus plant environment. This role requires in-depth knowledge of various processes involved in juice extraction and concentration.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Management:

  • Oversee all processes within the citrus juicing plant, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  • Manage the broiler and ensure optimal performance of all equipment.

  • Supervise water purification processes to maintain high-quality standards.

  • Oversee the extraction of juice, evaporation of the juice, and aseptic filling of drums.

• Operational Leadership:

  • Act as a pilot for the operations, leading by example and setting high standards.

  • Implement and maintain global GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) standards within the plant.

• Experience and Expertise:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in fruit processing, with a focus on citrus.

  • Proven track record of working in a citrus plant to produce juice concentrate.

  • Deep understanding of the technical aspects of juice processing, including equipment operation and maintenance.

• Quality Control:

  • Ensure all processes comply with industry regulations and company standards.

  • Maintain high levels of product quality and safety throughout the production process.
