Our client is looking for a Senior Investment Officer to join their team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a technically demanding environment within a growing investment management business. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage investment pipelines
• Originate and negotiate investments
• Draft investment term sheets
• Conduct due diligence of prospective investees, including detailed financial analysis and management meetings
• Prepare screening memos and investment memos
• Apply investment guidelines, investment committee decisions, and E&S policies
• Work with legal counsel to negotiate final investment agreements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee investment and operational teams
• Support fundraising efforts
• Contribute to the growth of the fund business, including new fund strategies
