Our client is looking for an HR Officer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage various HR functions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Provide advice and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
