Our client is looking for a Payroll Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Calculate employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions accurately.
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll, including regular and off-cycle payroll runs.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries related to payroll.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax reports and filings.
  • Manage year-end processes, including issuing W-2s and other tax forms.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure alignment on payroll-related matters.
  • Implement and maintain payroll systems and software.
  • Provide reports and analysis on payroll data to management.
