Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees and clients.
- Ensure all travel-related documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Communicate travel itineraries and confirmations to travelers.
- Handle travel-related queries and provide support for any issues that may arise during travel.
- Maintain and update travel records and databases.
- Negotiate rates with travel service providers to ensure cost-effective arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute detailed travel itineraries and related documentation.
- Process travel expenses and reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor travel budget and ensure expenditures are within approved limits.
- Stay informed about travel restrictions, health advisories, and industry trends.
