Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees and clients.
  • Ensure all travel-related documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Communicate travel itineraries and confirmations to travelers.
  • Handle travel-related queries and provide support for any issues that may arise during travel.
  • Maintain and update travel records and databases.
  • Negotiate rates with travel service providers to ensure cost-effective arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed travel itineraries and related documentation.
  • Process travel expenses and reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor travel budget and ensure expenditures are within approved limits.
  • Stay informed about travel restrictions, health advisories, and industry trends.
