Our client is looking for an Internal Sales Admin to support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing correspondence, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer records.
- Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, meetings, and follow-up activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing information on products, pricing, and order status.
- Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Support the sales team in tracking sales performance and preparing regular reports for management.
- Handle invoicing, credit notes, and other sales-related documentation.
- Assist in coordinating promotional activities and sales events.
