Our Client is looking for a Site Foreman to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all Foreman-related tasks on assigned sites, which may involve wet works finishing or general foreman duties.
• Effectively manage and supervise any staff assigned to you, including monitoring their clock cards.
• Maintain checklists for assigned work packages to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure all site measurements are accurate and assist with completing inspection checklists.
• Communicate daily site needs, such as material shortages, to prevent any delays.
• Ensure that planned work is executed according to the agreed schedule.
• Manage the availability of all required materials on site to avoid work stoppages.
• Oversee the quality of all work performed on site.
• Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct mini risk assessments for planned work and ensure that all tools are inspected before use.
• Adhere to and enforce Health & Safety rules on the site.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar Site Foreman role.
• High school Grade 12 or equivalent.
