Our client is looking for a Quality Controller to ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards before they reach the market. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and test products at various stages of the production process to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards.
  • Identify and document any defects or deviations from specifications, and communicate findings to the production team.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and ensure they are followed consistently throughout the production process.
  • Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to resolve any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular audits of the production process to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality control activities.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all products are packaged and labeled according to company standards before shipment.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Certification in Quality Control (e.g., CQI, CQA) is highly desirable.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
