Our client is looking for a Senior Sage ERP Consultant.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and implement the multi-industry Sage 300 ERP suite of products.
  • Provide training and functional assistance to existing customers in their day-to-day operations with Sage 300 ERP systems.
  • Implement various core financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory Control, Point of Sale, and Reporting, in accordance with the project plan.
  • Support and implement NPOS solutions for external customers, including post-implementation support and training.
  • Document project requirements, prepare Functional Specification documents, and keep project managers informed on project status and progress.
  • Implement Sage 300 ERP modules at client sites and communicate specific changes or upgrades to clients.
  • Support internal and external training requirements on end-user functionality, operational processes, and system reporting.
  • Assist the Commercial team during the sales process by preparing and performing client demonstrations and presentations.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers by providing prompt and professional support.
  • Adhere to internal reporting frameworks for accurate and timely reporting of project status, support call status, and weekly progress.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems functionality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and basic networking principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
  • High level of energy, drive, and commitment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with team members and customer representatives.
  • Experience with add-on modules such as Sage300 People, RMS, Auto-Simply, or other third-party modules of Sage 300 is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the implementation of Sage 300 ERP and Point of Sale Systems.
  • Certification in Sage 300 ERP is highly advantageous.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
