Our client, a prestigious luxury wine estate, is seeking an experienced and strategic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and elevate its full F&B offering across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and events. This is a senior leadership role for a hands-on professional who is passionate about excellence, consistency, and guest experience.

The Role

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall performance, standards, and profitability of all food and beverage outlets on the estate. You will lead managers and teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the estate’s premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and events

  • Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and senior F&B leaders

  • Ensure consistent luxury service standards across all outlets

  • Drive financial performance through cost control, stock management, and revenue optimisation

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance

  • Collaborate with culinary, events, and senior leadership teams

  • Analyse performance and implement continuous improvements

About You

  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Senior Operations Manager in a luxury hotel, wine estate, or premium hospitality environment

  • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills

  • Solid understanding of restaurant, bar, and banqueting operations

  • Financially astute with experience managing budgets and margins

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

  • Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and peak trading periods
