This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who understands luxury standards and thrives in a high-expectation, detail-driven environment.

The Role

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the restaurant, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional service standards, and memorable guest experiences. You will lead from the floor, inspire your team, and uphold the estate’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver consistent, high-quality service

  • Ensure personalised, attentive guest experiences aligned with luxury hospitality standards

  • Manage daily operations including reservations, staffing, service flow, and guest recovery

  • Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, ambience, and cleanliness

  • Drive performance through effective rostering, cost control, and stock management

  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and estate management teams

About You

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a luxury or premium dining environment

  • Strong understanding of fine dining and luxury service standards

  • Confident leader with excellent communication and people-management skills

  • Highly organised, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented

  • Passionate about hospitality, guest engagement, and team development

  • Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
