Bar Attendant | Food Service Ambassador

Working directly with customers, you will mix and serve drink orders. Working within our Restaurant Department, part of the role will be to verify age requirements, know alcohol pairing and tastes, know how to make traditional and classy drinks, process payments, manage inventory, and clean bar supplies. 

 

Along with 1 year’s experience in a similar position and Pilot system, you have basic barista and serving skills and knowledge of beverages and wine. A background in the hotel industry will set you apart from the rest. As a hardworking team player, you must be able to work shifts and weekends. You are willing to help with a friendly personality and professional appearance. 

 

The position's key responsibilities include demonstrating reliability and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. The role also requires exceptional planning and organising skills, a drive for results, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to maintain composure under high-stress situations. 

 

Communication skills are indispensable, with proficiency in English being a prerequisite, and fluency in an additional language considered an advantage. The role calls for interpersonal sensitivity and a customer-focused approach, fostering team collaboration. Building and maintaining working relationships is crucial, as is self-discipline and an enthusiastic willingness to learn.
