                         Our client is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support their payroll operations. 
Responsibilities:
- Process monthly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time using Sage 300.
 
- Ensure accurate employee data management and timesheet recording.
 
- Compute wages and salary adjustments while adhering to company policies.
 
- Handle payroll queries promptly and professionally, liaising with internal and external parties.
 
- Prepare and distribute payslips, IRP5s, and other payroll documentation.
 
- Perform payroll-related month-end procedures, including importing batches and generating reports.
 
- Maintain compliance with labor legislation and ensure confidentiality of payroll information.
 
- Support the preparation of monthly income statements and balance sheet items for management reporting.
 
- Conduct filing and scanning of payroll documents and undertake ad-hoc payroll duties as required.
 
 
Key Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify numerical errors.
 
- Hands-on experience with payroll and HRIS software, preferably Sage 300.
 
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to handle confidential information.
 
- Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills for query resolution.
 
- Proficient in MS Excel and adept at learning and using company personnel systems.
 
- Good knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
 
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar payroll administration role.
 
- Report writing skills and strong math skills are advantageous.
 
 
Qualifications:
