Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth and profitability.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insightful financial reporting.

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and offer strategic recommendations to optimize financial performance.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), and internal controls.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency, manage cash flow, and support business objectives.

  • Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, accounting software) and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications:

  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
