Our client is looking for a talented and highly motivated Customer Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing the sales territory, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all sales targets are achieved. The role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to develop relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a sales territory that includes Somerset West and Airport Industria.
• Service existing customers according to predetermined schedules, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop the territory through networking, cold calling, and building relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve sales targets and goals as outlined by the company.
• Update customer information in accordance with company requirements.
• Prepare and submit sales reports as needed.
• Manage payment collections and oversee credit control within the sales territory.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Afrikaans is an advantage).
• Strong sales acumen with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of the auto industry is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks such as updating customer records and submitting sales reports.
• Key account management experience is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a relevant industry.
• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Legal and valid driver’s license with no endorsements.
• South African citizen.
• Must have clear criminal and credit history.
